At Ferris Wheel Press, we want you to be completely enamored with your fashion pieces. If your purchase doesn't inspire you, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the journey back to our studio.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
